About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Lead Generator / In-Store Promoter. As a representative of Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, you will work directly with our partnered National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores to promote our services and generate leads for free in-home consultations.

Responsibilities
  • Speak with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, and energy savings
  • Generate leads for free in-home consultations or sell home performance tune-ups
  • Work independently, representing our brand inside of our partner retail locations
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business
What We Offer
  • Hourly pay of $17 with a bonus/commission structure that equals potential for $25 per hour or more
  • Part-time and full-time positions available with flexible scheduling
