About the Role:

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead Generator / In-Store Promoter to join our team. As a Sales Lead Generator / In-Store Promoter, you will be responsible for generating leads for a Free, In-Home Consultation or selling a home performance tune-up to customers in our partnered National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with customers to understand their heating and cooling needs and provide solutions to improve their home's energy efficiency and air quality.
  • Generate leads for a Free, In-Home Consultation or sell a home performance tune-up to customers.
  • Collaborate with our industry experts to provide customers with a comprehensive solution to their heating and cooling needs.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and represent our brand inside of our partner retail locations.
  • Sales experience preferred, but an outgoing personality and strong communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to put in extra hours and weekends when needed.
  • Ability to undergo pre-employment screenings.

  • Starting salary – $17/hr + Bonus & Uncapped Commission. Earnings potential of $25/hr or more.
