Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse RN Night Shift

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg / Telemetry team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and services to patients and families.
Job SummaryThis is a 12-hour night shift position that requires flexibility to work at various locations to meet patient care needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care and services to patients and families
- Direct and delegate nursing care to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and nursing assistive personnel
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver care and perform tasks requiring nursing knowledge, judgment, and skills
- Teach LPNs and nursing assistive personnel special tasks of nursing care
- Verify staff competency to perform special tasks of nursing care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure
- Experience working with electronic medical records
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
