Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Wailuku, Hawaii.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our ICU, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and making informed decisions to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices, policies, and procedures.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Hawaii.
- Experience working in an ICU or similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
