Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to work night shifts in our Med Surg department. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing nursing care and services to patients, delegating tasks to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and nursing assistive personnel, and utilizing your critical thinking skills to make informed decisions.
Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care and services to patients and families
- Delegate tasks to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and nursing assistive personnel
- Utilize critical thinking skills to make informed decisions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and report patient progress to healthcare teams
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure in Hawaii
- Experience working with electronic medical records
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
