CPU Post-Silicon Engineering Program Manager

At Apple, we're seeking a highly skilled CPU Post-Silicon Engineering Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our CPU engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the post-silicon planning, bring-up, and debug activities for our groundbreaking CPU designs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute post-silicon validation plans to ensure timely and successful product releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve silicon issues and drive debug activities.
  • Coordinate and prioritize debug tasks, experiments, and action items to ensure efficient issue resolution.
  • Supervise and manage issues and bugs across multiple projects, working closely with software, system, and other teams to resolve them.
  • Communicate program risks and status to multi-functional and executive forums.
  • Manage materials, including parts and boards, to support post-silicon activities.
Requirements:
  • BS + 10 years of relevant experience in silicon development, design, verification, implementation, physical design, DFT, or validation.
  • Proven experience in CPU development, debug of CPU logic and circuit failures, and technical leadership or project management.
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and lead through influence.
  • Comfortable navigating complex, fast-paced programs and balancing priorities while managing constraints.
