About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at AT&T. As a Premier Service Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and issues
  • Utilize various systems and tools to initiate and assist customers
  • Maintain working knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions
  • Make recommendations according to customer needs
  • Handle credit checks, service activations, and changes, and receivables management/collections
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer impacting issues such as voice and data issues
  • Provide support for products and services offered by the Company
  • Assist customers with products and services such as laptop connect services
Requirements
  • At least one year customer service experience
  • Call Center experience
  • Advanced typing/keyboarding skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to engage in center or virtually with management as needs of the business require

Work Environment

You will be working in a hybrid environment, with 3-4 days in the center and 1-2 days from home. You will need to have verified internet service with minimum of 12mb upload speed and 18mb download speed and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, surge protector, direct LAN connection). AT&T will provide the equipment you'll need to get started.
