Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites
  • Oversee subcontractor coordination and scheduling
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, meeting OSHA standards
  • Coordinate/enforce schedules with vendors and subcontractors
  • Take responsibility for driving projects forward without supervision
  • Proactively identify and communicate design deficiencies, schedule conflicts, or project-specific concerns with Project Manager
  • Ensure all work is installed per plans and specifications, while maintaining schedule and enforcing quality control standards

  • Take photos and prepare daily logs and site safety reports
Requirements
  • Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel more than 70% of the time
  • Must have experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent, overseeing new ground-up projects
  • Must be proficient with computer, smartphone/tablet, and digital camera
  • Procore experience preferred
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized
  • Resume to include a list of references and a list of completed projects
