Position Summary

We are currently seeking a culinary preparation specialist. The ideal candidate should possess a calm demeanor, adaptability, and the ability to navigate high-volume service while delivering exceptional customer care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult the Daily Prep List at the beginning of each shift to understand assigned tasks.
  • Prepare ingredients for daily operations and catering services, including slicing deli meats, crafting house-made salads, and performing vegetable preparation.
  • Consistently adhere to our standard portion sizes, cooking techniques, quality benchmarks, and kitchen protocols.
  • Promptly notify the Kitchen Manager of any shortages in supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, including tables, shelves, walls, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection ovens, flat top ranges, and refrigeration units.
  • Assist fellow team members as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism.
