Village Green is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician with expertise in HVAC and plumbing.
The primary responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician include:
- Efficiently managing work orders and special projects.
Addressing plumbing and electrical service requests promptly.
Executing apartment turnovers, which encompass:
- Plumbing tasks
- Electrical repairs
- Drywall restoration
- Painting duties
- Appliance maintenance and replacement
Providing exceptional service to residents in a friendly and professional manner.
Identifying issues and performing repairs in electrical systems.
Responding to service requests and on-call emergencies as directed by management, ensuring timely and professional completion.
Assisting in the upkeep of the property’s exterior to maintain an appealing appearance at all times.
Performing housekeeping tasks as needed, including snow removal during winter months.
Maintaining pools, spas, and related areas when applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality or multifamily housing sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills and basic computer proficiency.
- Candidates should possess solid experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliance care, and painting.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Certifications and licenses in plumbing, contracting, or building trades are advantageous. Availability for on-call duties and flexibility to work weekends is appreciated.
