International Tax Manager

Our firm is committed to delivering exceptional service and expertise to our clients, and we are seeking a highly skilled International Tax Manager - Private Wealth to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Provide compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational affluent families, family offices, and their private businesses and/or investment entities.
- Review complex individual, partnership, S-corp, trust, estate, gift, and state tax returns.
- Analyze international holdings for disclosure purposes and assist clients with planning around foreign assets and minimizing global taxation.
- Work on multiple engagements that deliver proactive tax planning and strategic consulting, including inbound planning, expatriation & exit tax planning, and asset structuring.
- Build on technical competence by keeping up-to-date on trends, developments, and technical authorities and apply them to complex situations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- CPA, JD, or EA required.
- 5+ years of experience in a professional services firm providing tax services to high net worth individuals and their closely held businesses, including 1+ years supervisory experience.
- Prior experience with international tax compliance and planning.
- Proven ability to analyze foreign information sources, understand unusual and/or incomplete data sets, apply judgment in reaching defensible conclusions.
- Strong interest in developing a career working with global taxpayers, assisting a diverse and challenging client base.
- Strong time management and project management skills.
- Strong tax research and professional writing skills.
- Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required.
