About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Knudson Lumber Co Inc. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our staff and management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Reconcile daily receipts, balance tills, and prepare bank deposits with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Perform administrative duties such as processing paperwork, data entry, filing, typing, copying, and scanning
