Loss Prevention Specialist

Rosauers Supermarkets is seeking a skilled Loss Prevention Officer to join our team. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will play a critical role in protecting our store's assets and ensuring a safe shopping environment for our customers.

• Conduct surveillance and monitor store activity to detect and prevent theft and other security breaches.
• Identify and apprehend individuals who commit theft or other security-related offenses.
• Document all security incidents and provide eyewitness accounts as needed.
• Collaborate with law enforcement to investigate and prosecute shoplifting and other security-related crimes.
• Develop and implement strategies to prevent theft and vandalism in and around the store.

• 21+ years of age
• Ability to complete a pre-employment background check
