Role Details:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to enhance our primary care services. You will have the opportunity to develop your patient panel in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

  • Position: Open to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
  • Location: Milford, CT
  • Work Environment: 100% Outpatient Primary Care – Adult Medicine (18+)
  • Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only
  • On-call Requirement: No on-call duties

Qualifications:

  • Licensure: Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligibility)
