Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the agronomy retail location ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the sales and distribution of fertilizers, chemicals, and other crop production products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering solutions that enhance their crop yields.
  • Lead and mentor a team of agronomy professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, including safety standards and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree (AS) or higher in Agriculture or a related field.
  • Proven experience in agronomy sales and operations with a strong understanding of the agricultural market.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CDL 1A and Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) licenses.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a customer-focused approach.
