Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our team at the Richmond Centre location. As a Team Member, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to our guests and supporting our team in achieving our goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Prepare and cook food safely and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
  • Stock kitchen inventory and maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
