Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our team at the Richmond Centre location. As a Team Member, you'll play a vital role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests, ensuring all interactions are friendly, efficient, and meet our high standards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests receive a positive experience
  • Prepare, cook, and assemble food safely and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
  • Stock kitchen inventory, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and report any maintenance issues to leadership
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment, complete in-house training, and stay up-to-date on new products and procedures
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
