Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team at the Kennedy Krieger Institute. Key Responsibilities
  • Application Support: Provide timely and effective support to end users, resolving technical issues and ensuring seamless system operation.
  • System Maintenance: Collaborate with the Application Manager to ensure the system meets business needs, working with Epic representatives and end users to drive project deliverables and timelines.
  • Training and Development: Assist with the training of end users, co-facilitating classroom instruction and developing role-based training content using various software programs and tools.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Subject Matter Experts, to develop and maintain instructional materials, job aids, and tip sheets.
  • Qualifications and Requirements: Epic certification in all applications in their area and other related areas within 3 months of training/date of hire. Bachelor's degree required. 0-4 years' experience in healthcare or healthcare operations required.
