Board Certified Behavior Analyst Supervisor

Cortica is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our clinical team in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with neurodevelopmental differences. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement treatment plans in accordance with Cortica's clinical model and BACB guidelines
- Provide direct clinical supervision to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Supervisors
- Ensure quality clinical care, meeting productivity expectations and minimum supervisory hours
- Conduct monthly supervision sessions with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Monitor and update client programming, collaborating with the team to ensure optimal outcomes
- Support Assistant Supervisors in data collection and analysis for progress report writing
- Participate in insurance authorization reviews and department meetings
- Lead by example, embodying Cortica's core values and promoting a culture of excellence
- Master's degree in a Human Services or related field
- Current and unrestricted BCBA certification
- Experience working with children with Autism and ABA practices
- Field work experience in home-based settings and collaboration with cross-disciplinary agencies
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations for patient data protection

The base pay range for this position is $72,977 to $91,222, depending on experience, education, and location. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
