Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Management Specialist I to provide non-clinical support to our Medical Management and/or Operations areas. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze clinical information to determine the most appropriate course of action for each case.
  • Provide information and support to network providers and internal departments as needed.
  • Assist with complex cases and maintain accurate tracking databases.
  • Prepare reports and documents to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.
  • Strong understanding of managed care or Medicaid/Medicare preferred.
