Job Title: Property Manager

PURE Property Management is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth management of our properties, maximizing occupancy levels, and driving property values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, and other applicable laws.
  • Review and approve invoices, coordinate with property owners, and ensure timely payment.
  • Monitor delinquency status, communicate with owners, and take necessary actions to resolve rent issues.
  • Communicate with maintenance team members, keep abreast of maintenance activities, and inform owners as necessary.
  • Participate in application approval process, assist owners with financial statements, and ensure lease files are complete.
  • Maintain records of management activity, physically inspect properties as needed, and ensure owner approval for maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure security deposit dispositions are accurate and in accordance with state laws.
  • Conduct market surveys, provide feedback on property pricing, and shop competition to stay aware of neighborhood market conditions.
  • Show available properties to prospective tenants, negotiate lease terms, and facilitate lease renewal process.
Requirements:
  • Real Estate License in KS (preferred)
  • Drivers License in KS
  • 2 years of Residential Property Management Experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications
  • General knowledge of Property Management software (Appfolio a plus)
