Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our services and divisions to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Collaborate with the CS Management team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and achieving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
