Senior Landscape Planner

Halff is in search of a Senior Landscape Planner with at least 5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating on a variety of public and private sector initiatives, guiding projects from initial site assessments through to design execution, construction documentation, and post-project evaluation. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support landscape architectural and planning projects
  • Collaborate closely with landscape architects, civil engineers, surveyors, project managers, and contractors
  • Engage in site inventory and analysis
  • Assist in project research and data gathering for the design process
  • Create conceptual site plans and graphics (both hand-drawn and digital), schematic designs, and detailed construction documents
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and develop cost estimations
  • Help prepare technical specifications for bidding processes
  • Generate landscape compliance documentation for land development projects
  • Produce maps and graphic renderings to support planning initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Landscape Architecture Design
  • Proficiency in Sketchup and Lumion software
  • Project management experience is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Willingness to travel periodically to meet project requirements
