Job Title: Restaurant Manager

At Raising Cane's, we're on a mission to serve the best-tasting and most craveable chicken finger meals. As a Restaurant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our operations meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Raising Cane's standards and culture.
  • Manage shift responsibilities, including cash handling and accountability.
  • Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards, and execute shift management meeting operations and safety standards.
  • Direct crewmembers during a shift, provide exemplary customer service, and utilize the reward and recognition program.
  • Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval and ensure cleanliness of the restaurant.
Requirements:
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people, and cost management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, and travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
