We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Senior Representative to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the Atlantic Metro Market, specifically the Wilmington, DE and Mays Landing, NJ facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute key initiatives that support PBNA strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees on company policies, values, HR programs, and benefits administration.
- Diagnose organization issues, develop solutions, and implement action plans to drive business results.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, EEO, and FLSA.
- Assist leadership in performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Design and execute staffing strategies for exempt and non-exempt hiring needs, including campus recruiting and outreach.
- Develop and execute site-level strategies to improve organizational health and culture.
- Lead and participate in market-level Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of prior Human Resources Generalist and/or Organizational Development experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Experience practicing HR in a union environment.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, or Human Resources Management.
- Competitive compensation range: $72,500 - $121,300.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility, with a target payout of 8% of annual salary.
- Paid time off, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and dependent care reimbursement accounts.
