About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Senior Representative to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the Atlantic Metro Market, specifically the Wilmington, DE and Mays Landing, NJ facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute key initiatives that support PBNA strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees on company policies, values, HR programs, and benefits administration.
  • Diagnose organization issues, develop solutions, and implement action plans to drive business results.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, EEO, and FLSA.
  • Assist leadership in performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Design and execute staffing strategies for exempt and non-exempt hiring needs, including campus recruiting and outreach.
  • Develop and execute site-level strategies to improve organizational health and culture.
  • Lead and participate in market-level Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of prior Human Resources Generalist and/or Organizational Development experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Experience practicing HR in a union environment.
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, or Human Resources Management.
What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation range: $72,500 - $121,300.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility, with a target payout of 8% of annual salary.
  • Paid time off, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and dependent care reimbursement accounts.
