Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering post-sales support services to clients, which includes installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance of the products and services offered by the organization. You will respond to customer inquiries and effectively diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to our offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle incoming calls and evaluate customer requirements.
  2. Address all inquiries related to billing.
  3. Provide product knowledge and assistance to resolve data-related concerns.
  4. Deliver product support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  5. Direct calls to the appropriate department as necessary.
  6. May be required to initiate outbound calls.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Team:

A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

A minimum of one year of experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the working day.

Occasional movement around the office is necessary to communicate with colleagues and attend meetings.

Constantly operates a computer and frequently communicates verbally with peers and management.

Must be able to analyze details closely.
