Financial Operations Manager

In the role of Store Manager/ Team Leader, you'll be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the store's operation. This includes preparing for a training sequence that teaches you the company's in-store retail information system, inventory management, and ordering technology.
As a leader, you will be responsible for handling daily paperwork, troubleshooting car wash issues, and gas-related problems. This position also involves forecasting, ordering, stocking, and merchandising product; reconciling store paperwork; and managing the store staff.

- Training and coaching new store staff
- Stocking products on shelves and maintaining a clean and professional store environment
- Forecasting, ordering, stocking, and merchandising product
- Ensuring prompt reconciliation of store paperwork
- Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service
- Maintaining a clean and customer-friendly environment
- Managing store staff, including performance, time management, morale, staffing, and more
- Troubleshooting and resolving car wash-related issues
- Managing customer relations in a professional and friendly manner
- Adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations
This role requires constant standing, bending, and reaching with a moderate amount of manual dexterity. You must be able to work various shifts and days of the week.
