Job Summary

The Service Technician is a critical role in our organization, responsible for operating a company service truck and driving to various locations to service, pump, and clean portable restrooms and holding tanks. This position is the backbone of our business, requiring a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic service truck driving functions in accordance with USS and DOT requirements.
  • Conduct portable toilets servicing to USS 8-point service standard.
  • Provide exceptional customer service interaction on customer work sites to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Be flexible to meet customer needs by adjusting or changing routes as necessary.
  • Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager/Supervisor/Coordinator to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Strategically plan for customer needs by discussing their portable toilet requirements to ensure current and future needs are met.

Salary Range

$15.50 - $25.50/hour

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job-related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
