About the Role

Xanitos is seeking a highly skilled and experienced EVS Ambulatory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the EVS Ambulatory department and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Participate in the selection process, interview candidates, and schedule days off, holidays, and vacations to ensure that the account's needs are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks, manage materials inventory, and ensure that EVS and cleaning staff receive proper orientation, initial training, and ongoing education.
  • Leadership: Provide individual guidance and motivation to staff to enable each one to perform to their fullest potential, and discipline associates when necessary, according to progressive disciplinary guidelines.
  • Operations: Maintain an environment that is in sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition, and demonstrate quality leadership in meeting performance plans.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special project work as requested by management.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma required, college degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Experience: One to three years of supervisory experience in a service-related field with high customer/client contact.
  • Skills: Strong service/quality attitude, strong communication skills, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in the use of Windows-based office software.
  • Language: Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
