About the Position

The Site HR Coordinator is a key member of the Kenco Group team, responsible for coordinating Human Resources functions at the site level. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter new hire information into the HRIS system and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform weekly audits of timesheets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Process background checks and pre-employment screening activities.
  • Conduct New Hire Orientations, educating employees on benefits, company policies, and procedures.
  • Manage site-based timeclocks and report performance issues.
  • Provide data analysis and reporting on employee data, including financial and labor data.
  • Guide employees through electronic forms related to address, status, and benefit changes.
  • Assist in recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring, and training new employees.
  • Coordinate orders and requests with vendors for office equipment, supplies, and temporary personnel.
  • Communicate company announcements and updates to employees.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in progressive administrative support required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • HR/payroll systems experience preferred.
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Positive attitude and good people skills.

Travel Requirements
  • This position is expected to travel approximately 25% or less.
  • A passport is not required, but recommended.
