Position Overview

The Customer Support Associate I is tasked with ensuring the efficient execution of various on-site responsibilities, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving overall client satisfaction.

Your Contributions

Mail and Courier Operations:

- Accountable for the timely and precise handling of receiving, sorting, delivering, picking up, and processing all courier items, interoffice correspondence, periodicals, and all classes of postal mail.

- Monitors and tracks courier and accountable items (e.g., FedEx, UPS, Certified Mail).

- Investigates and directs unidentified and generic mail.

- Logs, delivers, and tracks messenger items efficiently.

- Addresses customer inquiries and requests promptly.

- Conducts routine maintenance of equipment.

- Maintains records of customer inquiries and the fulfillment of requests.


Shipping and Receiving Duties:

- Responsible for the shipping and receiving of incoming and outgoing packages, materials, parts, or products, ensuring accurate record-keeping for all shipments.

- Accepts shipments, counts items, retains shipping documentation, adheres to delivery schedules for incoming shipments, and secures customer signatures as necessary.

- Operates shipping and receiving equipment, responds to customer requests, performs data entry, and manages inventory effectively.

Qualifications: Skills & Expertise

This role involves direct interaction with customers and requires adherence to customer policies and protocols, which may include health and safety measures.

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required, along with less than one year of relevant experience.

- Basic computer skills and technical knowledge are essential.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.

- Strong customer service and communication skills are necessary.

- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Willingness to work overtime as needed.

- Must take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by clients.

- May require travel between various client locations, necessitating a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Must be able to spend extended periods standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing job duties.
