Summary:

This position is focused on delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients. Responsibilities include timely responses to inquiries regarding pricing and availability, managing phone and email communications, confirming shipment statuses, and updating customer information in our systems.

Essential Duties:

  • Manage customer phone and email inquiries efficiently.
  • Verify shipment statuses and provide tracking information.
  • Confirm order receipts and update customer records.
  • Address order corrections and customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with the outside sales team and other departments to meet customer requirements.
  • Participate actively in customer service initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education and relevant customer service experience preferred.

Physical Demands:
