Grind/Inspection, $18/hour position available at our Ravenna facility.
Key Responsibilities- Perform grind and inspection tasks to ensure high-quality parts.
- Work night shifts, rotating 12-hour shifts as needed.
- Meet or exceed production quotas and quality standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
- Previous foundry experience recommended.
- Manufacturing experience required.
- Grinding and quality experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
