Industrial Grinding and Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Grinding and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Workbox Staffing.
Company OverviewOur client, a leading foundry in Ravenna, is looking for a dedicated individual to work on their night shift. This opportunity offers an excellent pay increase upon hire-in and the chance to work with a veteran-friendly and equal opportunity employer.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is $18 per hour, and we offer competitive benefits. As a valued member of our team, you can expect a stable and secure work environment.
Key Responsibilities- You will be responsible for grinding and inspecting parts to ensure high-quality standards.
- Previous foundry experience is highly recommended, but previous manufacturing experience is required.
- Additionally, you should have the ability to learn and identify what makes a part good or bad.
- You will also need to adhere to all safety and PPE standards at all times.
As a Night Shift Industrial Grinding and Quality Assurance Specialist, you can expect to work rotating 12-hour shifts (36 hours one week - 48 hours the next) and occasional overtime as needed.
Requirements- Prior experience in grinding and quality assurance is a plus.
- You must be able to stand for extended periods and be comfortable with repetitive work.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet production quotas.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
