Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

The Administrative Support Specialist plays a vital role in the success of BriteLife Recovery by providing administrative support to the Executive Director and other departments. This includes assisting with office needs, facilitating communication with clients, vendors, and outside agencies, and maintaining confidentiality of all information.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Serves as administrative contact for staff, vendors, and outside agencies.
  • Performs bookkeeping duties as necessary.
  • Forwards invoices for timely processing.
  • Prepares, processes, and files documents.
  • Maintains office supplies and inventories.
  • Runs and creates reports as necessary.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all information.
  • Special Projects as needed.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Job:
This is a full-time position with hours determined by the facility. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work collaboratively with others, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
