Implementation Specialist Role at PracticeTek

We are seeking a skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team at PracticeTek, a leading provider of electronic health record software. As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding of new customers to our software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls with new practices to gather necessary information
  • Facilitate the implementation process, ensuring a seamless transition to our software
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing questions and concerns via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure testing and quality standards are met
  • Maintain active online classrooms, delivering implementation videos and addressing questions and comments

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience in an eye care setting
  • Experience with EMR/EHR software
  • Passionate customer champion with proven ability to provide remote customer support
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and application sharing tools
