Job Title: Youth Ministry Pastor

Forest Hill Church is seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Ministry Pastor to lead our youth ministry programs. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to the values and mission of our church and a proven track record of effective leadership and program development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive youth ministry program that aligns with the mission and values of Forest Hill Church.
  • Plan and coordinate regular youth group meetings, Bible studies, retreats, and special events.
  • Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders and mentors to assist with youth activities and programs.
  • Foster positive relationships with youth, parents, and the broader church community.
  • Provide pastoral care and counseling to youth and their families as needed.
  • Collaborate with church staff and leadership to integrate youth ministry into the overall church mission.
  • Manage the youth ministry budget and resources effectively.
  • Stay current with trends and best practices in youth ministry and incorporate innovative approaches.
Qualifications:
  • A deep and active Christian faith, with a commitment to the values and mission of Forest Hill Church.
  • Bachelor's degree in Theology, Ministry, Education, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in youth ministry or a related role, with a proven track record of effective leadership and program development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with and inspire youth of diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
