  • Cost Optimization: Optimize maintenance costs, including operational efficiency, energy, and spare parts consumption.
  • Reliability Progress: Ensure the reliability of equipment, particularly by dealing with obsolescence cases.
  • Resource Management: Adapt resources (competency and quantity), create and carry out training and succession plans.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 3-5 years of prior maintenance management experience, with proven leadership of teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Technical degree or equivalent experience, with a willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
  • Development and Coaching: Proven record of developing people through coaching and mentoring, and establishing development plans.
