Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide variety of maintenance duties, including repairs and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems.
  • Conduct annual unit inspections and ensure the turnover of units within 5 days.
  • Replace and repair locks, weatherstripping, door and window functioning, and other related tasks.
  • Perform electrical repairs, including fixtures, lights, plugs, and switches.
  • Change AC filters, check coils, clean, and repair when necessary.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of related apartment maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
  • CADL, clean DMV, and reliable transportation.
  • HVAC certification preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of $36.00 per hour, with a hiring range for new employees generally starting at $ per hour, depending on experience. Please note that an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
