Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Carlton Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including continence care, showering, grooming, transfer assistance, and meal assistance.
  • Provide emotional support and enrichment to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Monitor residents' health and notify management of any changes in condition.
  • Follow care plans and document provided care accordingly.
  • Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting them with patience and respect.
Requirements
  • Minimum of high school education or GED or combination of related experience.
  • Experience is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Reasonable expectations of mathematical, technical, and reasoning skills to perform essential job responsibilities.
