Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer inquiries and ensure timely updates to the incident manager and clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication, expertise, and prompt responses.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and incidents in ServiceNow.
- Participate in after-hours support as scheduled.

- Collaborate with the transition team to verify the reliability of newly implemented solutions and ensure comprehensive documentation is available for ongoing support.
