Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and imaginative Multimedia Designer to become a vital member of our dynamic Creative team. The successful candidate will possess a robust portfolio showcasing high-caliber work, particularly in animation and video editing. A proactive and positive approach to each project is essential. Proficiency in motion graphics and animation is a must, while familiarity with a diverse array of multimedia skills, including 3D design, photography, and videography, is highly advantageous. A willingness to learn new skills and techniques is also crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the Creative team to understand project objectives and requirements.
  • Develop, plan, and execute multimedia projects, focusing primarily on animation and video editing that meet project specifications.
  • Employ a variety of advanced animation techniques to elevate the quality and creativity of the content.
  • Design and incorporate motion graphics and animations into video and multimedia projects as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in multimedia production and editing.
  • Utilize templates, presets, and expressions to enhance animation efficiency.
  • Organize and manage project files and assets systematically.
  • Continuously improve animation production quality by exploring innovative methods and techniques.
  • Share knowledge of basic After Effects animation techniques with colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional multimedia work.
  • Experience in animation, motion graphics, and video editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere.
  • Understanding of file formats and codecs.
  • Familiarity with various multimedia formats, such as stop-motion or GIFs.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and outstanding organizational abilities.
