Job Overview

As a Travel Consultant Specialist at Boca Express Travel, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service and sales expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both domestic and international travel, coupled with a keen attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex itineraries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage travel bookings from initial inquiry to finalization, including air, car, hotel, tours, and cruises.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Engage with clients to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Handle ticketing, modifications, exchanges, and queue management efficiently.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to assist clients effectively.
  • Adapt to new technologies and methodologies that enhance operational flexibility.
  • Inform clients about visa and passport requirements relevant to their travel plans.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of recent experience with Sabre GDS.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Word.
  • Experience in arranging both domestic and international travel, including PNR setup, ticketing, and exchanges.
  • Responsive to client needs with a focus on effective communication and follow-up.
  • Ability to maintain composure and positivity in high-pressure situations.
  • Creative thinking to provide optimal travel solutions.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
