Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a disciplined, process-oriented, and strategic methodology for improving the overall performance of project management across all business lines. You will provide overall direction and guidance to Project Managers and Project Analysts, review and evaluate their work, and contribute to their performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and annual objectives
  • Conduct regular meetings with Project Managers to ensure open communication and project progress
  • Review project control information to verify project schedules and institute corrective action when necessary
  • Interface with management to establish project priorities and resolve systems development issues
  • Provide guidance to Project Managers on Information Systems functions within MBIS
  • Assess the fit of business solutions and identify gaps for subsequent evaluation
  • Participate in new product evaluations to define requirements and assess business fit
  • Ensure project completion meets standards, customer satisfaction, timely completion, and project profitability
  • Maintain a close working relationship with Project Managers and Business Analysts to ensure information needs are recognized and translated into meaningful information systems
  • Enforce Information Systems and company standards, including project reporting, resource management tools, and sound systems development practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, related experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification
  • Proven history of successful information technology project/program management with 7+ years of related experience in application project management
  • 2 or more years program management experience in a technical area is required
  • Experience in one or more relevant information technology areas is required
