Director of Rehabilitation

Join our team as a Director of Rehabilitation at Select Medical Rehabilitation Hospital - Temple. As a member of the Rehabilitation Leadership Council, you will participate in the establishment of policies and procedures for all inpatient therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a framework to integrate and coordinate patient care services and program development with all inpatient therapy departments within the assigned facility.
  • Provide direction, expertise, and mentoring to facilitate the growth and development of inpatient rehabilitation therapy services.
  • Direct daily operations of inpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.

Requirements:

  • Current state licensure as a Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapist required.
  • A minimum of seven years of experience as a therapist in an acute rehab setting, including a minimum of five years supervisory experience required.
