Job Title: Quality Assurance Tester/Quality Assurance Analyst/Tester

CyberTec is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Tester to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications.

Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Tester will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining test plans, documenting defects, collaborating with the development team, and ensuring the overall quality and functionality of the software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute test plans to ensure software meets quality standards and specifications
  • Document defects and collaborate with development team to resolve issues
  • Work with Agile team to establish goals and release quality while meeting project requirements
  • Provide input for key testing decisions, work estimation, and resource planning
  • Escalate system problems or design flaws to upper management
  • Communicate testing vision, strategy, and methodology to management
  • Interface with users, sponsors, and stakeholders to determine their needs
  • Review and assist in defining QA and UAT testing environments configuration
  • Review system requirements, test scripts, and test scenarios to create appropriate testing workflow
  • Collaborate with development group, Product Owners, System Teams, and Operations to ensure best overall testing strategies
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience with Test Strategies
  • 5+ years' experience with Agile Methodologies
  • 5+ years' experience with Software Testing Methodologies
  • 5+ years' experience with a Software Testing Team
  • Involved in a minimum of two large scaled Agile software development projects
  • Knowledge of Testing Tools
  • Knowledge of Web Application Testing, Regression Testing, Mobile Testing, Security Testing, Accessibility Testing, Web Service/API Testing
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Test management tool Xray
  • Experience with Defect Tracking in JIRA
  • Experience with QA Functional test suites
  • Testing Experience with Salesforce
  • Testing Experience with Power Apps
Education:

BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology-related baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university, or commensurate experience.
