Senior Manager, Compensation and Benefits

At KPMG, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Global Reward Services practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on global tax, compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR-related services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on global tax, compensation, and benefits matters to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to complex compensation and benefits challenges, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in global compensation and benefits, tax, or related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality services and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent technical skills, with expertise in global tax, compensation, and benefits.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
