Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic communications plans to support the company's business priorities and transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing Leadership team to create compelling stories and engagement strategies that drive awareness, loyalty, and advocacy for ServiceNow.
  • Design and produce executive visibility programs, including scripts, speeches, videos, and social media amplification plans.
  • Manage and support change communications across multiple departments and teams.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, or equivalent career experience.
  • 10+ years of proven success guiding strategy and execution of global digitally driven communications.
  • Strategic counselor with the ability to influence senior leaders on strategy, messaging, and engagement opportunities.
  • Creative and visual storytelling experience coupled with strong business acumen and change management experience.
  • Ability to translate business strategies into compelling narratives.
