About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Device Technology team at NVIDIA. As a key member of our Advanced Technology Group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge technologies to deliver high-performance products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Explore and assess emerging device technologies for next-generation products
  • Drive foundries for device development roadmaps to achieve performance goals and accurate SPICE models
  • Build testchip plans and deliver device test structures for new process nodes to validate SPICE models and process readiness
  • Lead collaboration with foundries to set SPICE model update plans and resolve SPICE model inaccuracies and device issues
  • Provide device usage guidelines and simulation support to internal design teams
Requirements
  • MS (PhD preferred) in electrical engineering, material science, or physics or equivalent experience
  • 15+ years in technology development, with 5+ years in engineering management roles
  • Strong understanding of FinFET and GAA process technology and BSIMCMG models
  • Hands-on experience with device test structure design and SPICE simulation
  • Self-motivated, attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills
