Job Summary:

Benedictine is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on comprehensive assessments and diagnoses.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers on health-related topics and disease management.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Current state licensure as a RN in good standing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
